Step 1: If you haven't already - download the latest firmware below.
Step 2: Ensure your Pivotheads are fully charged and that they are connected to your computer
Step 3: Unzip the downloaded firmware file and copy the extracted .BIN file onto your Pivotheads' main directory next to the folder labeled "DCIM".
Step 4: ENSURE THAT YOUR PIVOTHEADS ARE FULLY CHARGED. The green LED will turn off when your eyewear are fully charged.
Step 5: Safely eject your Pivotheads and switch them off. The next time you power up your Pivotheads the firmware will be automatically updated and you will see a fast blinking blue light. DO NOT press any buttons while the blue light is blinking. After the firmware is installed your Pivotheads will automatically power off indicating that the firmware update was successful.
