WHQL:

- New all in one INF file for WinXP/2000/ME/98se
- Rename the SYS files

RTL8139/810x:

- Set to short wakeup frame
- Removed "packet length check" by driver

RTL8139C+:

- Removed "packet length check" by driver

RTL8169/8110:

- Added RTL8169SB/8110SB PHY parameter's setting when driver initialize
- Set TCP_Largesend default to Enable
- Fixed the CAT6 cable unlink issue
- Fixed the CardBus PHY R/W issue (change to no delay R/W)
- Removed "packet length check" by driver
