Fixes:

- Followed new EU regulation standard
- Supports 64 entries port forwarding rule.
- Fixed the IPTV play issue

- Fixed “HTTP port 80 packet is not forwarded from the WAN after the Access Control, blocking all new devices and port_forwarding are all enabled”.
- Fixed “Blocked WiFi client can still access to the LAN clients and the Instant Messenger app. after Access Control enabled”.
- Fixed “router administration web GUI can’t be accessed after ACL enabled and either Russia or Greek language is selected and “Refresh” button is clicked in the attached device page.
