Fixes:

- [General] After rebooted, unable to save the password which is encrypted with 15 characters
- [WebGUI] When configure IPv6 DNS, it will cause display wrong MGNT vlan, and multiple DNS IPv6 address.
- [WebGUI] Fix PoE power budget amount display with a wrong value
- [WebGUI] Fix mac-address range incomplete display.
- [WebUI] System Name can't set space string
- [Interface] GS1900 series can't set port speed to 1000M via Web
