[1] Bug 3214: After power cycle, first frames grabbed are corrupted
- image transmission now delayed for 250ms after power-up except in async trigger modes

- always throw away the first exposed image acquired when exiting async trigger mode

- shutter, gain, brightness, and white-balance should almost always be correct.
- GPIO state and strobe pattern counter are still incorrect.
