Fixes:

- System cannot resume from S5 by onboard Lan.
- Support Low speed Fan.
- Cool and Quiet cannot work properly when use onboard VGA.
- Support Sempron CPU.
- Update K8 Microcode.
- BIOS reported incorrect CPU temperature for K8 CPU.
