This package provides the necessary installation files of Extron DMP 44 LC Digital Matrix Processor Firmware 1.01.

- Fixed Issue (originated in v1.00) – Group master commands are case sensitive, responding only to lower case – Group master SIS commands would only respond in lower case, upper case group master commands would result in an error response. This firmware revision fixes this issue, where both upper and lower case now work correctly.
- Fixed Issue (originated in v1.00) – Grouping for mix-point mute works intermittently. In rare cases, mix-point mute group control would stop functioning. This firmware revision fixes this issue, where mix-point group mute control now works consistently.

Installation steps:

To load firmware using the DSP Configurator Firmware Loader:
1. Select Tools > Firmware Loader .
2. The Add Device dialog box appears. Type the IP address of the DMP 44 LC, then click OK .
NOTE: If the IP has not been changed, the default IP address is 192.168.255.255.
3. From the Firmware Loader File menu, select Open .
4. In the Open window, locate the downloaded firmware file and double-click it.
5. Click Begin on the main screen. The Total Progress bar tracks the loading progress. The Transfer Time panel displays the elapsed and remaining times for the upload.
6. When the upload is finished, Completed appears above the Total Progress bar and the highlighted Progress section displays 100% .
7. Exit the program by selecting File > Exit .
