New features

- [UNMS] Add UNMS support. Add Ubiquiti Network Management System (UNMS) client on EdgeSwitch. It helps EdgeSwitch to connect an instance of UNMS. You can then use UNMS to manage the device as well as see statistics of its operation.
- [POE] Add PoE ping watchdog feature. The PoE ping watch detects the specific remote ip-address/host by ping and does auto power reset when lost detection.
- [POE] Add PoE power reset. This feature powers off and turns it on after the specific time.
- [POE] Add PoE power keeper feature. This feature keeps the power during software reboot (reload).

Given the large variety of models and different methods for upgrading the switch, if you wish to apply this package, we recommend that you read and understand the installation steps before you install a new firmware, even if you are a power user.
