This is the driver for the O2Micro Smart Card Reader which makes it possible to authenticate you on your machine with an Smart Card and a PIN.

Installation steps:

1. Double click TCJ0023500B.exe to execute the file on the target system. This will update the O2Micro Smartcard Reader Driver on your system.
2. Click [Start] when "TOSHIBA Archive Extractor" dialog is displayed on the screen.
3. Click [Yes] if "User Account Control" dialog is displayed on the screen.
4. Click [Next] on the "O2Micro OZ776 SCR Driver - InstallShield Wizard" dialog.
5. Click [Finish] with "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." selected, to restart the system.
6. After system boots, double click TCJ0027300A.exe to execute the file on the target system. This will patch the behaviour of your Smartcard PnP Service and enables it.
7. Click [Start] when "TOSHIBA Archive Extractor" dialog is displayed on the screen.
8. Click [Yes] if "User Account Control" dialog is displayed on the screen.
9. Manually reboot your system to activate the patch, which enables the Smartcard PnP Service.
