Ubiquiti NBM9 Antenna Firmware 5.6.3 Description

Regulatory updates:

- New: Enable UNII2 band after Revised UNII Rules activation for certified models (United States/Puerto Rico)
- New: Revised UNII Rules activation for certified models: Rocket M5, NanoBridge M5, PowerBeamM5 300/400/620, NanoBeam M5 16/19
- Fix: Revised UK/DFS rules
- Fix: Disabled UNII2 frequencies for AP-Repeater after Revised UNII Rules gets activated (FCC regulatory restrictions)
- Fix: Limit channel width to 20MHz for Indonesia
- Fix: Reduce EIRP for Pakistan to 20dBm/100mW (5GHz)
