Fixes:

- Ported trunk and .11 branch fix to this branch.
- Move some common features to OEMCtrlList.
- Disable rotate, 3F and 4F flicking by default for two platforms.

This package contains the files for installing the Synaptics Touchpad Driver. If this package has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) this package will fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions. This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.
