TP-Link Archer C7 v2 Router Firmware 141110 Description

New Features/Enhancement:

- Added the support of TP-LINK Tether v2.0;
- Improved the compatibility with DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) devices and enhanced the overall performance;
- Fixed the wireless compatibility issue with Apple Macbook Air, Macbook Pro, and Mac mini;
- Added the IPTV option;
- Added the SIP ALG;
- Added a new login domain “tplinkwifi.net” for we b-based management and "tplinklogin.net" is still available;
- Added the support for multiplayer online gaming with XBOX;
- Improved security mechanism;
- Improved the UPNP module function;
- Improved the RTSP ALG function;

Bug Fixed:

- Users cannot login by remote management in PPPoE connection;
- PS3 may not detect the router as a UPnP device;
- DynDNS does not update properly occasionally;
- Some minor issues with IPv6;
- The USB Storage is not accessible when "Access shared storage with password" is enabled;
- The sent packets of wireless statistics is always 0;
- Dyndns will display "succeed"even with the wrong username and password.

Notes

- Your device’s configuration will be lost after upgrading, you need reconfigure your device manually after upgrading.
- It is not recommended that users import the configuration files of old firmwares into this firmware​
- Do NOT turn off the power during upgrade.
- Do NOT upgrade the firmware through wireless connection unless the device only has wireless connection;
- It's recommended that users stop all Internet applications on the computer, or simply disconnect Internet line from the device before upgrade.
