R10 firmware upgrade by following these steps:

- Please back up personal data stored in R10.
- Prepare a sufficient space for Micro SD (TF) card, and confirm its file system is FAT32.
- Please download the firmware file on your computer to extract, copy "SmartQR10_AD" files to the Micro SD card root directory.
- Inserted into the off state Micro SD card and connect the charger, press the "Volume +" key, and then press the power button until the upgrade icon is displayed on the screen, you can enter the firmware upgrade interface.
- Firmware upgrades can be completed in accordance with the interface prompts.
- After upgrading the Android system, please keep in R10 Micro SD card, until the first full access to the Android system.
