NETGEAR SRXN3205 Firewall Firmware 3.1.1-08 Description

New Features and Enhancements:

- Support Windows 8 32-bit SSL VPN.

Issues are resolved since last Release V3.0.8-12:

- Need options to set TCP and UDP Flood limits.
- Respond to ping on WAN interface for ANY IP and a single IP Address.
- Idle timeout field is NOT needed for IPSec users.
- Cannot add a ipsec user with space.
- Fail to add ipsec local user which name with space.
- After adding Secondary LAN IP , IP Address and Subnet mask aren't blank.
- Select all day, schedule 1,2,3 are not same about that specific day still be selected.
- List below ports in GUI help Security - Service page.
- After changing gateway vpn to client vpn, the tunnel cannot be up.
- ipsec policy lose when remote id is 0.0.0.0 after DUT reboot.
- No ipsec tunnel uptime in online help document.
- Increase this month limit can't disable.
- Support link is not expect web.
- The reboot time unmatch between popup message and the reboot page.
- Identifier canot input 131 characters.
- Bandwidth profile displaying abnormally when edit outbound bandwidth profiles to inbound.
- VPN wizard online help does not match the function.
- Dynamic DNS status display with messy code.
- No ipsec tunnel uptime in online help document
- Redundance message in ipsec mode config record.
- Cannot Creating firewall rules for TCP Port 113 (ident).
- VPN wizard gui values is not matching with the VPN Wizard default values in online help document.
- Unable to access attack checks page, observed "ADPOK" message.
- NFS service does not work in firewall rules.
- Device freeze once or twice a week.

Known Issues and limitations:

- Inbound voices are not heard between sip clients over vpn tunnel when sip server is lying in the remote private network.
- SIP clients at other end of tunnel are unable to register through VPN tunnel when SIP server is in LAN side of DUT.
- SSL VPN logs page not showing logs when ssl and port forwarding users disconnected.
- Unable to do ftp data tranfer when ssl client is behind nat router in port forwarding tunnel.
- Unable to edit the ipsec vpn user while in use.
- Bandwidth profile is not working over vpn tunnel.
- When a Firewall rule for Address Range is edited and Block always is selected the "WAN Destination IP address" is greyed out.
- IGMP information need to be updated in attack check help page.
- PPTP idle time out is not working when IGMP proxy enabled.
- Inconsistent behavior while establishing calls between LAN and WAN and vice-versa with IGMP Pass through enabled.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
