Known Issues:

- AC340U sometimes can not dial a connection on the USB1. Solution: Try the USB2 port and unplug and replug the dongle again.
- The sslvpn is unable to startup when the Client Domain or Login Banner is left blank. Solution: Add text in the Client Domain or Login Banner field.
- Web filter: Accessing a website maybe slow when the web filter is enabled. Solution: There is no workaround at this time.
- The router does not support EAP with a tagged packet. Solution: There is no workaround at this time.
- IPSec VPN does not appear if setup with the wizard and the DPD is enabled. Solution: Edit the VPN policy and choose the available DPD action or disable the DPD.
- The RIP thru GRE is not working. Solution: There is no workaround at this time.
- Option 82: The user has to enter a hex instead of an ASCI string. Solution: There is no workaround at this time.
- Content filter does not work when the IP allow list is empty. Solution: Input the websites that you want to access and don’t leave the allow list table empty.
- Static DHCP entry name contains character spaces which causes the DHCP process to fail. Solution: Do not use character spaces in the name.
- DUT executes multi processes of upgrades concurrently. Solution: Do not start the ASD download multiple times. If this occurs, reboot the device and start the download process over.
- PPPoe user name does not accept “@” and “.” in the Setup Wizard. Solution: Configure them on the GUI>WAN page instead of the Wizard.
- GUI in Firefox browser: Page has no response when edit is used to expand category in AVC. Solution: Use the Chrome browser.
- RV345 LAN switch ports LED/Link sometimes work abnormally. Solution: It happens very randomly. Reboot the device if this occurs.
- RV345/RV345P WAN1 port cannot forward traffic. Solution: It happens very randomly. Reboot the device if this occurs.
- Device does not close http connection to webroot server when the server sends TCP FIN. Solution: There is no workaround at this time.
- PPPoE is not connecting. Solution: Unplug and replug the WAN cable to make it work.
- Fail to add web filter or application control rule in the IP address group where the name contains spaces between the characters. Configure the IP address group name without the spaces between the characters.

Installation Procedure:

- Save the downloadable package.
- Log into the router’s web user interface.
- Navigate to the firmware upgrade section of your wireless unit.
- Select the present firmware and configure your router to install this file.
- Wait as the device carries out this process.
- Reboot the unit if required.

About Router Firmware:
