Symptom: [BIP] - UAG5100 Idle timeout doesn't work.
Condition: Sometimes Idle timeout function can’t work when ZON utility activates.

4. [BUG FIX] eITS# 160200983
Symptom: Problem license
Condition: There is one device with Managed AP Service license and manage maximum APs which license supports. After customer transfers license to another device, this original device still can control its own APs.
