Step1: Uninstall all macros software and firmware updates.
Step2: Install Gaming Keyboard Firmware Update application, update window will pop up after the installation is completed. If the update failed, you will then need to pair the keyboard and software manually)
Step3: Follow the application steps and select the .bin file to update the Firmware.
Step4: Open Device Manager and select human interface device

Step11: Choose from a device driver on your computer or from a CD disk to install. Search for G3_G5 Firmware Update application path (G3GKB)
Step12: When Update Driver is completed (the device name becomes G3 gaming keyboard / G5 gaming keyboard / T1 gaming Keyboard.
Step13: Execution Gaming Keyboard Firmware Update application.
PS1: After update, if your system still cannot locate USB Device. Please Reboot and run the update again)
PS2: After update successfully, if your keyboard still no function please restart your computer.
