- The S1 and S2 buttons do not light when they are set to "Latched."

* The front USB connector of the INTEGRA-7 supplies power only. The MIDI signal cannot be transmitted. You must connect the MIDI OUT connector of the A-49 and the MIDI IN connector of the INTEGRA-7 using a MIDI cable for play.
1. While holding down [ TRANSPOSE ] and [ OCTAVE + ], connect the USB COMPUTER connector on the rear panel to a USB connector on the computer. OCTAVE + flashes.
2. Double-click "UpdSMF" displayed on the screen to start the UpdSMF.
3. Set MIDI Out Device to A Series Keyboard.
4. Click [ Path ] (click [ Select... ] for Mac) on "UpdSMF" and specify the location where the update file (_0000001.mid) is from SMF Path (SMF Folder for Mac). Then, click the [ OK ] button.
5. Click [ Scan SMF ] (unnecessary for Mac) to check that the update file (_0000001.mid) is displayed in the file list.
6. Click Send. Sending of the update program starts. After about 2 minute, the update finishes, and [ OCTAVE + ] and the octave indicator on the A-49 flash in alternation.
7. Click [ OK ] on the Send SMF/Complete dialog box (the Complete Update dialog box for Mac) of "UpdSMF".
8. Click [ Exit ] (click [ Quit ] for Mac) of the "UpdSMF" to exit "UpdSMFJ".
9. Detach the USB cable, then without pressing any buttons, reattach it. The unit starts up in the normal mode. * If the update fails, the unit starts up in the Update mode instead of the normal mode.
10. Execute a factory reset.
- Press FUNCTION.
- At the keyboard, press the key labeled FACT RESET.
- At the keyboard, press the key labeled ENTER. The factory reset is executed, and parameters that have been set in the Function mode are reset to their factory-default values.
Applying a newer firmware version than the one already installed on your unit can bring various enhancements, include workarounds for diverse problems encountered by the device, and improve or add newly developed features.
