- Ad-hoc auto channel always start at channel 1 (Vista) and channel 6 (other OS) even if it has lots of interference.
- If we uninstall the driver/utility in the normal user mode and enter admin privilege while normal user and admin are logging in simultaneously, sometimes the driver and utility can't be removed successfully.
- In Win98SE and ME, the WG111v3 utility still displays connected in the status bar even we power off or reboot AP
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
