Changes:

- Fix the triggering issue that occurred when Channel 5 to 32 in Odin RX mode were used and if the Mitros+ is switched off for a period of time then switched back on.

Before you begin:

- Unzip the firmware archive and save it to your computer desktop
- The archive will contain three upgrade files: Phottix Mitros PC Upgrade.EXE (the upgrade software), the latest firmware (an .FDS file and an .FIF file), and instructions and notes on the upgrade.

Checking the Firmware Version Number:

- Open the folder containing the upgrade.
- Double click on Phottix Mitros PC Upgrade.EXE. This will start the upgrade software.
- Connect the USB cable to the computer. (The USB cable is included with the Mitros/Mitros+)
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to the Flash.
- Move the power switch on the Mitros/Mitros+ to the ON position.
- When the Mitros/Mitros+ is connected successfully the computer will detect a new removable storage device (FDT11TA V01), and an icon ( in Windows XP OS, in Windows 7 and Windows 8 OS) will appear on the lower right corner of the computer screen.
- Click the “Version” icon.
- The current firmware version of the connected flash will be displayed in the software window.
- Upon completion, exit the software and disconnect the Mitros/Mitros+ from the USB cable.

About Camera Adapter Updates:

Updating to a different firmware version than the one already installed on the adapter can bring various changes such as improved performance and stability, add new features or enhance existing ones, but also various fixes for more or less recurrent issues.

Given the large variety of camera adapters and numerous methods for upgrading the device, it is highly recommended that you read and, above all, understand the installation steps before you consider applying the new firmware, even if you are a power user.

If you try to perform the update without knowing all the steps, you risk ending up with a broken device. However, what every upgrade needs is a compatible firmware to be transferred to the adapter (or to the camera) via either a USB cable or a suitable memory card.

That being said, if you consider applying this release and have made sure you’re properly informed on the process of performing the upgrade successfully, hit the download button, and update your camera adapter.

Check with our website as often as possible in order to be up to date with the latest releases.

It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
