- This update prevents a potential battery reset issue which could result in logging being stopped prematurely. We strongly recommend that you perform this update on your UX100 loggers.
- Download the zip file (xxxxx.zip) for your particular model of UX100 to your computer and save the file to disk.
- Unzip the file to your desktop. The resulting files are named FW_24_UX100-0xx.hex

- Launch HOBOware Pro if it is not yet running. Note that HOBOware Pro for Windows is necessary to perform the update. Note, also requires .NET version 3.5
- Connect your UX100-0xx to your computer.
- From the Help menu, choose "Update Device Firmware" and follow the instructions. During the update process, you will be asked for the location of the file you unzipped in Step 2.
- Relaunch the UX100-0xx from HOBOware Pro.
