AiM Tech SmartyCam GP HD Camera Firmware 01.03.52 Description

Change/additions:

- Added disabling keys and MMC door switch when vehicle is moving (Speed > 20mph-35kmh)
- New slave processor firmware (Ver: 60.03.41):
- Fixed bug in lateral acceleration for the new Inertial Measure Unit when flip over is enabled

How to update SmartyCam HD firmware:

- To update SmartyCam firmware HD through the SD Card:
- Switch SmartyCam HD off and remove the SD Card from it
- Insert the SD Card into the PC
- Unzip the downloaded file and copy the contained run fill (smarty2_update_v01.XX.XX.run) on the SD Card
- Do not copy the run file in a sub-folder
- Move the SD Card from the PC to the SmartyCam HD
- Switch on the SmartyCam HD, by pushing the central and right buttons at the same time
- When the SmartyCam HD is on, release the central button
- When you will see the Linux Penguin on the display, you can also release the right button
- The firmware upgrade is now running
- At the end of this procedure switch on the SmartyCam HD only pushing the central button

Updating to a newer firmware version than the one already installed on your camera can improve the device’s overall performance and stability, resolve various issues, and add support for newly developed features or enhance existing ones.
